Guests found the members of staff to be very friendly and polite The employees treat you with care and try their best to make sure that they satisfy your needs to the best of their ability. They have a pleasant attitude and ensure your stay at the hotel starts off on a high note. The fact that most of the staff members are multilingual was a big plus to majority of the international guests.

The rooms are well maintained and easy to manoeuvre in. Housekeeping is offered regularly and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable and enough pillows are available. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room. The bathrooms are sizeable and the showers have great water pressure.

Guests were very stunned with the hotel's pool. The loungers and areas surrounding the pool were regularly cleaned and the pool itself was well maintained and kept spotlessly clean.

Quite a number of guests have raised concerns concerning the pricing of items such as food and also drinks. They felt that they paid way high for things that did not meet their standards.

The hotel's rooms were seen by a number of guests as being poorly insulated against sound. Noise from outside was clearly audible especially in the wee hours of the morning when many guests are trying to sleep. Sound also carried easily from room to room.

Guests often complained about there being an issue. The shower's water pressure was at times too high or too low. Another concern regarded the faulty water temperature controls in the showers. Those affected claimed that a majority of the time the water was just a light lukewarm dribble.
