The sports activities offered by the B & B Silver Sleep are trekking in the Pollino National Park, a very intense and beautiful route that starts from Papasidero up to the GROTTA DEL ROMITO (UNESCO heritage) a unique and fantastic path in an uncontaminated nature and with stunning views suitable for everyone and lasts from 4 hours, the aquatrekking where you walk in the water in the affluent of the Lao river where you go to see the 30 meters high waterfall and lasts 2 hours, rafting in the Lao river in magnificent gorges fun and lasts 3 hours, the quad in 2 different routes that last 2 hours, canyoning in a more technical path where at the end you go down a waterfall with ropes and lasts 3 hours. You can visit and admire all the churches, THE SANCTUARY OF THE MADONNA OF COSTANTINOPOLI over the Lao river.
