Two apartments located on the first floor and two on the ground floor, each with an external and independent entrance. The part of the upper floor consists of an entrance with the living room-kitchen for common use available to guests, from which, you can access two bedrooms one with 4 beds and one double all with private bathroom in the room. The living room-kitchen is accessed by a large terrace, facing west, respectively, which offers a relaxing panoramic view. On the ground floor there is the Suite with two beds and a mini-apartment with four beds. Cars can be parked comfortably inside the villa. The B & B is open all year. The spring-summer-autumn period is undoubtedly the most beautiful, as the climate and nature are particularly favorable, but even in winter the house offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
