Guests have mentioned that some of the guest rooms, and specifically the apartments for let, are in need of some maintenance, from holes in the walls to broken wardrobe doors and dirty showers.

Some may not necessarily consider this a negative, but some guests reported that the patrons of the dining areas are of an older generation. There is even an Early Bird menu at the hotel restaurant.
