The complex has been restructured into one, two and three-room apartments able to accommodate from 2 to 7 people with a large grassy area in front for relaxing and playing. The general availability of accommodation is based on nine apartments (two studio apartments, two three rooms apartments and five two rooms apartments). The surrounding fields, completely fenced and extending to the edge of the lake, are covered mostly by sunflowers and olive threes.
