Positive Reviews
positive:
Wonderful facilities.
A real ‘find' in Canberra. Rooms and apartments are spacious, clean and contain everything you could want. Some rooms have bunk beds and so are really appealing to kids. Kitchens, particularly those in apartment settings, are very impressively fitted out. Much thought has gone into the provision of additional facilities. You can enjoy walking and running around the lake, or, if you're a cycling freak, just ask the front desk and they'll arrange one for you. It's that sort of place! Venture just a bit further to discover Telopea Park and the Glassworks. Relaxation starts here, in the lobby, …where comfortable seating and a restful ambience make it the perfect setting in which to just sit and watch the world go by.

There's no need to venture out!
There are two really appealing on-site restaurants and the extremely wide-ranging drinks choices make staying on-site an option that is nigh on impossible to resist. Both venues are ‘down'stairs - but both are 'up' market and irresistibly relaxing. The on-site bookstall is more interesting than it should be, inviting you to spend hours of page turning. If you do go out, The Oval and shops are very nearby. Kingston's waterfront is home to even more restaurants and cafes.
