Holden Beach is a local secret. You feel like you are getting a little peace of paradise. Gators Grant is only 3 miles to Holden Beach and boating dock. You can fish and crab off of our private gated community pier and I will provide you with the key to the gate and provide crab cages. Myrtle beach and Wilmington is a 30 min drive. My two bedroom/ three bed home is decorated very beachy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in privacy. It has a fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Laundry room too! I have a gas grill and a fire pit in the back yard and a large screened in porch to relax on. There are two vacant lots next door so very private. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats! You can almost golf here year round. I left plenty of pamplets on golf resorts in the house. My home is a very clean and upscale mobile home surrounded by shady trees and the intercoastal waterway. One bedroom has one full and one queen bed and the master bedroom has a,queen bed.
