The WATERVIEW COTTAGE is a charming, cozy cottage located on Merepoint Peninsula, 6 miles from Brunswick and 13 miles from LL Bean and Freeport shopping. It is quiet, private, has a living area, queen bed and small bedroom with two beds. It has a screened porch and private steps to the water (Maquoit Bay, part of Casco Bay). The western exposure provides beautiful sunsets over the water. It is perfect for a couple or small family. Rental includes all linens, WiFi and TV. You can walk to the other side of Merepoint peninsula to a Paul’s marina where you can get fresh lobster, sandwiches, ice cream, etc. The cottage is available from Memorial Day through mid-October.
