    Come relax and retreat in this lovely home nestled between the mountains in Montreat, NC. Located in a quiet community but close to Black Mountain, Asheville, and Greenville SC, this is an ideal vacation spot. Great for individuals or families, the house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and beds for up to 15. Extensively renovated in 2014, the house features a second-floor screened porch with tile floor, vaulted ceiling with skylights, wicker lounging chairs, dining table, and an cushioned porch swing. Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, laundry machines, and a large handmade oak table that can seat twelve. Enjoy movies on large projector screen in family room or screened porch, or just enjoy the sound of the nearby creek in a rocking chair on the front porch. House features handmade blackout curtains in every room, custom tile bathroom floors, fully customizable A/C and heat, reliable electricity and hot water with a back up generator, WiFi with free guest access, and a computer and flat-screen TV in the master bedroom.\r\n\r\nPlease note, we gladly rent to individuals, families, and organizations, but not to unknown youth groups.
