The best of both worlds
Guests love the location of this guesthouse. Set just out of the town centre on a quiet street, but with all the amenities within easy walking distance, it's the perfect compromise for those wanting to be close to the centre of Bridlington but away from the hustle and bustle and noise that comes with it.

Continental breakfast could be improved
Some guests feel that this accommodation needs to improve it's continental breakfast offering. Guests have reported a limited choice of cereal available and no fruit selection to choose from.
negative:
Narrow access to the car park
It's worth noting that access to the car park here is very narrow. Guests with bigger cars may wish to ask for a roadside parking permit to prevent any damage to their vehicles being caused whilst trying to access the car park.

Renovations wouldn't go amiss
Guests have commented that although they love the Victorian charm of this guesthouse, renovations are required in the not too distant future. It has recently been taken over by new owners who are slowly but surely replacing furnishings and will be looking to decorate in the near future.
