Holiday Plaza Hotel - Cebu (Cebu City, Philippines)

Guests enjoyed the rooms which are spacious and clean. They described the beds as comfortable and the hotel as quiet which assures a good night's sleep.  Air conditioning and Wi-Fi works well. Guest felt they received a good value for the money though the rooms are a bit old-fashioned.

Guests liked the location of the hotel which they felt is in a safe neighbourhood. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars to explore. Shopping malls and attractions are also just a short walk away, though guests also used cab service to get around town. Many Spas are nearby if you would like to book a treatment.

Guests enjoyed excellent service at this hotel, from the front desk to housekeeping. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving them directions and recommendations what to do in the area or which tour operator offers good services. Guests feel very welcome here.

Many guests complained about the lack of water pressure and hot water in the bathroom especially at peak times early in the morning. You might need to allot more time to get ready due to this problem.

Guests were not happy that you could smell food as soon as you entered the lobby. Guests also remarked on a moist smell in rooms at times, which might be due to the air conditioning being turned off when the room is not booked.

Many guests had trouble with the internet connection and found it a little irritating that they had to get a new password every day to stay connected. The speeds were not adequate to stream movies.
