The Strelitzias apart-hotel is a five storey holiday complex close to Playa del Inglés, in San Bartolome de Tirajana Gran Canaria in Spain. All apartments are situated in a way that they have their own balconies overlooking the outdoor pool. There are 50 apartments with functional kitchens, toasters, microwaves and fridge. All apartments are equipped with a living room area and a sofa bed. The Strelitzias apartment complex has its own pool and also has onsite parking available. Safes are available on hire. Reception is available on limited hour basis. Guests can step out to get a drink or a meal at the many eating out spots close by or they can get provisions and prepare their own meals. The apartments are close to Playa del Inglés Beach and seafront promenade and to the Kasbah Shopping Center. The Maspalomas Sand Dunes are among the local attractions.
Strelitzias apartments feature attractive interiors and functional amenities for guests to have enjoyable stays. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable said guest reviews. Guests were appreciative of the large storage space and mirrored wardrobe doors as well as the welcome bottle of cava.

Guests at the Strelitzias had to pay extra for many of the amenities that they used: TV viewing had to be paid for (which incidentally did not have too many English channels). The safe and Wi-Fi connections are also charged extra. Many guests felt that amenities such as these should have been included in the tariff.
There are no cushions on the sun loungers and there are no toilets in the pool area, it was pointed out. Some guests also pointed out that the pool timings were inconvenient as the pool opens only at 8 AM.
Some guests said that water was in short supply during their stay. Some guests also thought that the kitchen was rather too basic and missing items such as sharp knives. Proximity of the apartments to the Kasbah centre with its restaurants and bars meant that it can get quite noisy here at times.
