Hotel Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville Orange Park (Jacksonville, USA)

Hotel charges were quite affordable as per the facilities given. Guests found all the rooms to be up to the standard with clean sheets and fresh smelling rooms.

Guests loved the fact that there was no charge for pets irrespective of the number and breed of the dog. Hotel staff was very friendly and endeavored to make the guests feel welcome and at home. Guests were highly appreciative of excellent management by the staff.

Hotel is located off the Interstate and near a freeway.  The location of the hotel gave easy access to all the major tourist attractions like Cheers Park Avenue, Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens. Guests could also choose from a variety of restaurants to eat.

Most of the guests reported having disturbed sleep through the night because of the loud noise levels from across the highway. Free breakfast was not liked by many guests. Guests were disappointed on not finding a microwave and an ice box in their rooms.

Few guests had a horrible experience of leaking ceilings after a heavy downpour. Guests had to use buckets to prevent the room from getting flooded. Rooms smelled of vomit and must. Non-smoking rooms also smelled of smoke. The reason given behind this was the fact that people smoked outside and the smoke entered the rooms through AC Vent.

Many guests had trouble accessing Wi-Fi connection. Not only did they have problems in accessing Internet in their rooms but even in the lobby. Trash cans were full and metal fences surrounding the hotel were rusted.
