Positive Reviews
positive:
You won't be bored for a single moment.
For an entertaining break full of leisure activities, BG Rei del Mediterrani is ideal. Guests enjoy the range of the facilities, particularly the large outdoor pool, and there's plenty to keep the children busy and contented while you relax.
positive:
Top entertainment and restaurant staff.
Guests appreciate the service offered by many of the teams
across the resort, particularly the entertainment staff, who offer boundless
enthusiasm, and the restaurant staff, who offer a high level of service. The
housekeeping team keeps the whole place clean and ticking over nicely, so you
won't have anything to think about other than enjoying yourself.
positive:
Idyllic beach location.
The location lends itself very well to leisurely holiday pursuits - guests like the proximity to the beach, which is a 10-minute stroll away, and mention other nearby activities, such as the horse ranch and nature reserve.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Service at reception could be improved.
In contrast to most of the staff teams at this hotel, guests
have reported less than satisfying service at the reception desk, where staff
seem to be abrupt at times and uninformed at others. Guests would appreciate a
little more information about things in the hotel, and as your first impression
of the resort, it might not be the best.
negative:
It can be raucous at night.
If you're looking for some peace and quiet, then this may not be the place for you. While some guests rave about the evening entertainment, others are less impressed - and a lot of it is in French, catering to the dominant market. Particularly if you have a room overlooking the pool, you'll have to be prepared for quite a lot of noise.
negative:
The rooms are a bit dated.
Guests say that the rooms could do with some updating, since
the furnishings and décor are showing signs of wear and tear, and look a little
dated. Some guests have also complained of musty smells, so a full clean and
revamp is probably required at some stage.
