Terrifically located for sightseeing

Clean and cosy rooms
Everything is clean and well maintained during your stay. Paint and flooring are fresh, and the furniture, fixtures, and décor are in great condition. Guests also appreciate the layout of the kitchen and the bedrooms, to allow for comfortable walking space.
positive:
Staff are attentive and respect privacy
The staff quickly respond to requests and enquiries, and provide great customer service. They also respect your privacy and desire to just go about your way, so there's no overbearing interaction.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathrooms are very small
The bathrooms don't have space to comfortably lay out belongings while you shower. There are also concerns about the way that the water leaks out on the floor since it is quite a cramped space.
negative:
No breakfast or coffee are a let-down
Guests would appreciate a provided breakfast, as well as coffee/tea provided throughout the day, as many other lodgings do. Thus, bring your own provisions, and plan to eat out or fix up a morning snack by myself.
negative:
Thin walls and quite noisy at times
There don't seem to be any rules regarding quiet time, so guests can be noisy and disruptive. The walls are thin, which also doesn't help the situation when others are loud.
