Amazing staff
The staff at this hotel from the housekeeping staff right up to the general manager are all extremely professional and very friendly. They are really on top of their game, and you can see that this hotel is totally focused on customer service.

Great location
The hotel shuttle can pick you up at the airport, and you'll spend ten or fifteen minutes on the road to the hotel. There are great attractions nearby such as the port and the famous Dania Beach. It's the perfect place to stay before a long flight or cruise.

This place is in tip top condition from top to bottom. The rooms are in great order, and the housekeeping staff do their best to keep them that way. It's also a very comfortable place to stay with such great amenities and room features.

Poor shuttle service
The shuttle is the main reason a lot of guests stay at this hotel but, unfortunately, the service is not that good. Some have complained that airline staff get priority over guests while other said that the shuttle was often delayed.

It seems that some guests have found that if you request housekeeping sometimes it isn't done. They complained that they had the same towels for a few days, and while the rooms are super clean on arrival, they aren't cleaned every day.
