The staff very helpful and friendly. Some guests were even provided complimentary car service between the apartments and Paddington Station. The service from the reception is always kind and accommodating of your travel plans.
The property is very clean and tidy. Guests had little to no complaints about the condition of the apartments. Many were especially grateful for the amazing housekeeping staff which does an excellent job keeping the apartments in good condition.
