This pet-friendly property takes pride in its outdoor pool with heating system and cosy sun loungers. Rooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with free toiletries and hairdryers. A lovely and spacious crystal-clear pool awaits all the guests at the hotel. The pool was quite large and sufficient to the total number of guests so the area was not crowded. It was also extremely enjoyable not just for adults but also for the kids who all had a great time at the pool area during their stay.
Since it was quite hard to find comfortable double beds within Quebec, most guests were pleased with the overall quality of the beds provided at the hotel. These sleeping facilities were clean and comfortable so guests did not have any issues with their sleep.
The English-speaking employees who were incredibly accommodating and generous in providing all the special requests were highly commendable according to guests. They handed all types of requests and remained polite all throughout.
There was no free breakfast provided at the hotel, which was opposite to what was advertised on their package deals, so many guests were dismayed. There was breakfast offered on the weekends but for an additional cost.
Guests complained of smell of cigarette smoke despite requesting for a non-smoking room. Furthermore, most guests were irritated with the overall old and musty smell coming from the carpets, walls, and the whole room, which was stuck despite efforts to sanitise.
The Internet within the premises was slow, weak, and faulty according to previous guests. They could only connect in the lobby area but were disconnected as soon as they got into their rooms. As a result, they had no choice but to stay at the lobby area just to use the Internet.
