Positive Reviews
positive:
Cleaned meticulously everyday
Unlike some hotels where they don't clean your room until you check out, guests found the cleaning service here thorough with a towel change and emptying of the trash. The hotel took cleanliness very seriously, guests say.
positive:
Helpful staff supports guests
Management took care of issues and answered guests'
questions - and spoke English well. Visitors praised their friendliness and
helpfulness. One guest said she had left cash in her room and housekeeping
cleaned the room, but didn't touch the money.
positive:
Great perks and services
Guests liked that they had access to Wi-Fi, a dehumidifier
as well as a kitchenette if they wanted to cook. You can also order a massage
service, which some guests said was a blessing after weeks of travelling.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not such a convenient location
The hotel is not centrally located, leading some guests to say that it was tough to get to the main Osaka attractions. It takes a bit of walking to get to local subway stations and there weren't any JR stations were nearby. The neighborhood didn't have many bars or restaurants either.
negative:
Cramped rooms -- it's Japan
Be prepared for tiny rooms. Space is a premium in Japan, so you can expect your rooms to be smaller than what you see in Western hotel rooms. Many commented that they could barely open their suitcases in the smaller, cramped rooms.
negative:
Time out system on the Internet
Although Wi-Fi is provided, the system is set up to log you out after a certain period of inactivity. It required guests to log back in each time, which was inconvenient.
