Negative Reviews
negative:
Warm temperature in capsule
Although the capsules in which you sleep in provide the right amount of privacy, it is quite hard to control the temperature and can get uncomfortably stuffy. There are no windows in which to let in fresh air, therefore this can become a bigger problem in summer.
negative:
Small locker space
When you book into this hotel, you will get an allocated locker space for your luggage. However, there have been a couple of complaints concerning the lack of storage space. This can be a problem as it is important that you look after your possessions during your stay.
negative:
Noise can be an issue
Although most guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel, there have been a few noise complaints. Since there are no real walls separating each capsule, it can become quite loud when trying to sleep. This depends on how courteous other guests are during their stay.
