Positive Reviews
positive:
Elegant and individual style.
Each of the lavishly-appointed guestrooms has its own theme, and authentic art deco treasures adorn all areas of the hotel. It offers upmarket luxury, but without any corporate blandness - if you have an eye for design, you'll love it.
positive:
Exceptional service throughout.
Guests can't praise the service highly enough - they say that the staff do all they can to make you feel like a VIP during your stay. Plus, full wraparound services are offered, including private airport transportation.
positive:
Beautiful rooms with luxury extras.
Rooms are beautifully finished, offering every amenity you can think of, and then some. There are iPod docks for music lovers, espresso machines for coffee connoisseurs, and fluffy bathrobes for comfort seekers. Relax and enjoy!
Negative Reviews
negative:
A bit far from the historic centre.
While the location is convenient for many, being close to the train station and airport, for a first-time Warsaw city break, you may find that you're a bit far from the Old Town - you'll need to drive, or take the bus or metro to get there.
negative:
Breakfast is on the expensive side.
The made-to-order breakfasts may be high quality, but unless you're a serious foodie, you may balk at the price. Some guests prefer just stopping at a local cafe as they head out for the day.
negative:
Slightly odd Wi-Fi system.
The Wi-Fi is free, and seems to be strong throughout the hotel, but it requires a connection with the TV, which therefore has to be turned on if you want to use the internet. Guests find this a pretty strange system.
