The breakfast selection was good enough to start a good, energetic day. It was as per the Marriott standards and included eggs, sausages, cereals, instant oatmeal, fruit juices and different kinds of breads among others. The all-day coffee service was a nice touch.
All the staff members were thorough professionals. They knew their job well and fulfilled all their duties with dedication. Guests were greeted with a cup of coffee. Staff made the guests feels at home right from the start.
In spite of the fact that Wi-Fi is complimentary, it was of not much use because of its sluggish nature. It kept disconnecting making it difficult to stay online.
Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and many guests got a stiff back the next day. Changing the mattress would help in this case, say guests.
Suites had a weird layout. Two people cannot watch television because of the angle at which it is kept. Bathroom had no place to keep extra toiletries except for the back of the toilet seat. There was one dresser, which was also kept in a very odd location.
