Charming boutique hotel
Guests noted that the hotel was unique and had character and reasonable rates, and the various room layouts include high ceilings, balconies and multi-bedroom suites. They provide a lot of space, necessary amenities like air-conditioning and a safe, and the ocean-view rooms with balconies offer invaluable views. Not only can you watch the sun set and rise, but you will also enjoy hearing the calming ocean waves and sometimes dolphins swim by.

Not only did guests appreciate the hotel's location along the cliffs, which let them watch the gorgeous sunset every night, but they also noted that there were many fruit stands, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Staff hit or miss
While most guests felt welcome and well taken care of by all the staff including those manning the front desk, the maintenance workers, housekeeping and the restaurant employees, some had a less than stellar experience. They noted that some of the staff seemed to be bothered by questions and didn't invest as much time and effort into providing superior customer service as guests would have hoped.
