Beds were found to be way too hard for most guests, and unfortunately the pillows didn't fare too well either. Several visitors found the beds to be a bit lumpy, and felt it was time for a replacement of most of them.
If you are going to check in rather late, then you may be left out in the cold for quite a while. Many visitors found the keys, but they were in the wrong envelope, and contacting someone after hours becomes rather complicated according to many guests.
Wi-Fi is not free here, but those guests who did decide to pay for the service were very unhappy with the little they received. They said they got very little data for the money they paid, and felt it wasn't worth the service.
