The Service Is Top-Notch
Staff at the hotel are definitely on the ball. They are a friendly and attentive group who understand the complexities that customer service can incur. For example, they take complaints seriously and will do their best to rectify the situation, even going as far as to give a refund without you asking.

Wi-Fi Is Superb Everywhere
This hotel provides fantastic Wi-Fi, and of course you would expect nothing less in Tokyo. The connection is good throughout the hotel.

A Hotel With a Lot of Style
The hotel décor is stunning. It has an art-deco ambiance swathed in a modernistic vibe. The colours are subdued with hints of red and animal prints. It's quite impressive.

A Bit out of the Way for Comfort
It may take you roughly an hour to get to the centre. It's a game of cat-and-mouse as you have to run after this train and change to another, and so on. There aren't many taxis either. Even after reaching your destination, there is usually a minimum of ten-minutes to walk. This is not the hotel to stay if your intention is to go sightseeing in Tokyo.
negative:
Things Can Get Pretty Tight
Rooms are rather small. If you have lots of luggage, it's going to be a tight squeeze, and there's very little room to turn around.

It's a Smoky Situation
There seems to be an issue with smoking rooms at this hotel. You'd better make it very clear if you prefer non-smoking, especially if you book your room via a third party. Make sure you check prior to arrival that you have a non-smoking room, or you may find yourself in a smoky situation.
