Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent public transport system
It will not matter if you don't have your own vehicle with you on this trip. Guests said the public transport was very reliable. Line 49 bus stop is just a few steps from the guest house, and if you are going in to town, the metro is nearby, and much faster.
positive:
Staff will go the extra mile
The staff have been described by almost all visitors as knowledgeable about the surroundings, and will be pleased to pass on any advice they have when it comes to great restaurants, popular local attractions, and even share some shopping tips.
positive:
Breakfast has options
Those travellers who have smaller appetites were really pleased when they were able to choose the continental breakfast, which consisted of cereals, yoghurts and other delicious options. Guests who preferred to start off heartily said the full English breakfast was absolutely perfect for them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Awkward to share bathrooms
Most guests did not like the process of having to share bathrooms with other guests, and would have preferred to have their own private bathroom. Regardless, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed.
negative:
Thin walls
Because this is a guest house, many visitors felt they did not have enough privacy, and were too close for comfort to other guests as well as the hosts. They could hear doors banging and could even hear when the next door neighbour blew his nose.
negative:
No locks on doors
This fact that the guest room doors did not have locks on them was one of the more serious concerns for most travellers. Other guests would mistakenly walk in to the wrong room, and visitors just didn't feel as safe as they would have liked.
