The Iskar Hotel is located close to the bustling centre of Sunny Beach resort, just a short stroll to the lively beach. The hotel underwent a major renovation in 2008 and offers a variety of accommodation units - 65 studios, 38 double rooms, 10 single rooms, 25 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, refrigerators, additional beds and air-conditioning. The apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes. The fully air-conditioned building features a modern lobby with 24-hour reception desk and lounge area. There is also games area with billiards and electronic games. In the hotel guests can find a restaurant with an open-air terrace around the pool, offering buffet style breakfast and dinner. During the evening, the restaurant serves specialities a la carte The outdoor area features a swimming pool with four water slides for adults and one slide for children, a park area with rare tree species, a basketball court, a mini golf, a beach volleyball court and children’s playground. In addition there is a poolside bar and a parking lot.
