MayLaka GuestHouse (Biliran, Philippines)

MayLaka is a private property with a landscaped and well kept garden of 12.000,- square meters including 70+ meters of beachfront (not sandy). We mainly cater for couples (not groups) and have three distinctly different types of accommodation: 1) small, no frills, budget, backpackers room near the entrance gate (offering cheap yet clean accommodation to the cost conscious). 2) long stay 1 bedroom apartment (for those wanting their independence and do their own cooking). 3) superior room with sea view (for those whom like their comforts and the hotel pampering and extra facilities that come along with it in our private wing). We do not advertise ourselves as a public beach resort, we do not have cottages for rent, we do not entertain walk in customers or day visitors. We are happy to accept guests by advance confirmation only, this to ensure peace, quiet (no karaoke), privacy, safety (24/7 security onsite) and exclusivity (only for resident guests and their visitors) of our place.
