positive:
A good hotel if you are travelling on a budget.
If price is a determining factor on what hotel you will stay at in Kuala Lumpur then this place should be on your shortlist. The room rates are very reasonable considering the location and overall it's great value for money.
positive:
Great location and close to the monorail.
This hotel enjoys a prime central location in Kuala Lumpur, within walking distance of the famous Bukit Bintang shopping district and the many restaurants and bars also nearby. The Imbi monorail station is a couple of minutes' walk away.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not exactly the cleanest hotel out there.
One area in which this hotel does fall below proper standards is cleanliness. Unfortunately the staff don't always do a proper job of cleaning the rooms and hallways so you could be disappointed.
negative:
The free Wi-Fi in the room is poor.
Staying connected to the internet could be a bit of a problem here. The free Wi-Fi provided is a bit hit or miss, with the signal often dropping out and the speed dropping very low at times.
negative:
This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation.
Metro Bukit Bintang is falling behind the times and essential maintenance is not being carried out. If this continues the hotel will suffer badly, so a complete renovation would be the best solution.
