I like the part that he had put all my family together. A lot of my family went to a reunion and he put us all on the same floor. That was pretty awesome.

Just a one night stay. Cool, clean and comfortable. Not many amenities. They need to make sure soap and shampoo dispensers are full. It did have a refrigerator and microwave oven. Not many choices in Corcoran. This is the second time we stayed there for the annual family reunion. Always in August so AC is a must. The cost was reasonable and we will be back next year.

Had a great time but with having an Autistic Non Verbal child he does not do good with changes and wanted to go home so he was crying for about an hour. Which I tried my best to keep him quiet because I know the walls are thin. And staff came banging on the door saying we were being too loud and I explained to him that it’s his first time being away from home and that he is nonverbal and he didn’t seem understanding. That was my only issue other than that the rooms were nice clean and quiet and super roomy.

On the website it had pictures of a pool, It was closed  very dirty, disappointed

Was a nice stay considering the price and location. Only problem I had to provide my own hand soap and could not watch TV because the speaker had bad static in it as if it was blown out. The beds a little to firm but do able. The refrigerator and microwave worked good. Other problem was manager wasn’t in the office at checkout time and made me late to my appointment since I needed my cash deposit back. We will stay again since the little issues weren’t that big of a deal.

Could not get television to work. Need simpler TVs.

The desk clerk was in the parking lot while i was attempting to get a room. I tried for 30 minutes. Never got a room

It was appreciated to see the provided hand soap, shower and bath liquid soap. I wanted to mention when I checked out that TV remote had a low battery signal and shower had a disturbing high pitch sound when water was running.

I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. I showed the staff and all they said was sorry. I have pictures and i reported it.

This place is a joke. I called the hotel before I booked a room to ask if they were pet friendly. The man on the phone told me yes they were, which is the only reason why I booked the room in the first place. When I went to check in, the man up front said pets were not allowed unless it was a service animal (which my dog is). I told the man that my dog is a service animal and he told me to “prove it”, so I did. I showed him the tag, the service animal vest and the ID card, and he still refused to give me my room! He even has the nerve to tell me that whoever told me they were pet friendly over the phone was a new guy and he was wrong, even though he literally told me that only service animals were ok. There wasn’t anyone else in the office working either. He was very rude, argumentative and does not follow ADA Law.

No hand soap, shower curtain filthy and torn , shower vent not working, no place to hang clothes in shower room , bath towels dirty smelled bad.

No hot water, bed sucked. Front desk rude.
