The furniture is well maintained, modern and attractively selected. The bathrooms are clean and daily housekeeping is available in all of the rooms. The rooms are large, suitable for families with children and well arranged. Public areas are also very clean and easy to navigate.
The members of staff are helpful in nature. They pay special attention to all guests and make sure their needs are met. Room service is delivered on time and any mistakes are quickly rectified. The staff members go out of their way to ensure you have a satisfying and peaceful stay at the hotel.
The hotel and its environs are very tranquil. Most guests felt that they enjoyed a good night's rest with almost no disturbance at all.
A few guests were disappointed due to the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms. Noise carried simply from room to room and light sleepers were easily bothered by loud television sets and footsteps echoing in the hallways.
The air conditioning appears to be faulty in some rooms. Guests have complained that at times the room becomes warmer and at times too cold and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't seem to make any difference. Some wished the temperature stayed constant.
Guests who preferred using their own cars or renting one were disappointed to find that the onsite parking garage was quite small and cramped at times. Those who found the parking spaces full had to seek alternative parking elsewhere.
