Guest reviewers consistently commented that the ocean views in each direction were the highlight of their stay, especially from the higher floors. No doubt this was helped by the floor to ceiling windows and the 26 miles of beach stretching as far as the eye can see!

Guest reviewers made special mention of the food options on offer at the hotel, consistently singling out the good vibes and great atmosphere of the on-site Fix Bar and the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant.

A number of guest reviewers have made comments regarding the luxurious feel and decor of the bathrooms. A number of reviews noted that the bathrooms were spacious, allowing good room to move. Many guests were also pleased to find bathroom accessories and extra amenities.

Some guest reviewers had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the remnants of a lack of attention to detail by cleaning staff. Some guests reported minor issues with carpet staining, lack of vacuuming inside cupboards and under lounges as being less than ideal.

Notwithstanding that the Hilton Surfers Paradise is in the heart of the entertainment precinct and surrounded by vibrant nightlife, a number of guest reviewers mentioned that the hotel could invest in soundproofing to ensure that the noise from the clubs and bars does not carry into the rooms to disturb sleeping guests.

A number of traveler reviews noted that in times of high traffic and at peak times, that there did not seem to be enough elevators to cope with the large volume of people moving through the hotel. Some guests were dissatisfies with the 10 to 15 minute wait experienced trying to exit the hotel during these peak times.
