The apartments are centrally located with Geelong's central business district being and South Geelong Train Station being a five-minute walk away. Other local attractions such as Simonds Stadium, Geelong Botanical Gardens and Geelong's waterfront can be reached within a ten-minute walk.

The apartments have been described as bright and modern, comfortably furnished and featuring a well equipped kitchen for guests who wish to self cater. Guests in select apartments also enjoyed use of the barbecue facilities and outdoor dining area, while others appreciated use of the in-door billiards room.

Guests described the owner as friendly and accommodating and commented that the check-in process is easy and efficient. While there may be no reception desk, the proprietor is contactable by phone to answer questions and provide assistance when needed.

Beware of additional fees
Guests have reported incidences where they confirmed their booking and paid a set fee, only to then have the proprietor attempt to increase the fee upon their arrival at the property. One example given, was that the proprietor attempted to charge extra for children staying at the property.

Different sized properties are offered and guests found some of the properties to be small and cramped. Guests also commented that while the furnishings are modern, they are also basic and overall the rental was not good value for money.
