Stratton House is a non-smoking property which is great for those who don’t imbibe and can’t abide the acrid, stale smell of second-hand smoke.

Although this property is fairly quiet, the main road does run right in front of the hotel, which could keep you up at night. If you are looking for an undisturbed night’s sleep, ask for a room away from the road when you check in.

Internet speeds are slow here which may prove frustrating for those travelling on business or who want to get an email out in a hurry. However, you’ll find that the reception is better in the public spaces.
