Previous guests were pleased with the high quality assistance rendered by the whole team of staff. They have provided efficient service from check-in until checkout process. Furthermore, they were very friendly and welcoming and have accommodated all the needs and special requests of the guests.

The close distance of the hotel to major transport systems such as Rochor MRT station is very ideal for the guests because they are able to roam within Singapore without any hassle. They can easily go to different tourists destinations such as Bugis, Little India, and other restaurant food options.

The overall quality of the beds, linens, and bedding were very commendable according to most guests. The beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable as well as the linens and bed covers.

Previous guests noted the lack of enough breakfast options such as vegetables, fruits, and rice. There was not enough variety and the food was tasteless and very basic according to them. However, there are various restaurants nearby where you can dine alternatively.

Guests had issues connecting to the free Wi-Fi on-site due to the unstable and extremely weak signal. It was not working most of the time so most guests were not able to stream videos on Youtube or Netflix. Thus, they had to choose their own mobile data just to surf the Internet.

The small size of the rooms seemed like only suited for solo travellers or couples. The rooms were quite compact or restricted which were only perfect for those who just needed a place to sleep or stay during a short vacation.
