There is a good reason why the Bacchus Restaurant has a plate on the wall bearing a Four Diamond Award from the CAA/AAA: the food here is sublime. Top Tip: don't leave without trying the Center Cut "AAA" Alberta Beef Tenderloin with red wine jus - it is out of this world!
