Positive Reviews
positive:
Superb Slumber
Even the lightest of sleepers is guaranteed a great night's rest here. Patented mattresses are huge, heavenly and according to many, impossible to leave, while duvets and pillows are luxuriously soft. Factor in perfect sound insulation, and you'll understand why many rate the sleep quality here so highly.
positive:
Value for Money
Some guests who manage to snag a great online rate cannot believe just how much they get for their money here. With its premier location, outstanding customer service, newly remodeled suites, and complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast, some guests are agog at the good value gotten here.
positive:
A Delectable Start to the Day
The mouth-watering breakfast buffet is a resounding hit with reviewers. Businesspeople leaving early appreciate the opening time, while late risers are delighted to see items regularly replenished and tables cleared and cleaned. Made-to-order omeletes with fresh vegetables are routinely raved about.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lots of Stairs
You don't need to visit the gym to get a work out here. The lack of an elevator means you'll take many a set of stairs during your stay. Older guests, families with children and those with mobility issues aren't always able to get a ground floor room.
negative:
Patrons like to Party
The hotel is frequented by groups meeting for some celebration or other, and while the festivities are generally harmless, the noise from partying patrons can continue into the small hours and ruin the sleep of some. Guests would like the “No Noise after 9” policy more strictly enforced.
negative:
Housekeeping Hiccups
Sporadic reviews suggest that historically the hotel has struggled with housekeeping. While rooms and common areas are generally very well kept, some guests have struggled to get their room attended to or towels replaced when they want, while others have been knocked awake too early by overly-keen cleaners.
