Granite Belt Blues Festival (Stanthorpe, Australia)

The Granite Belt Blues Festival is an established event on the Lucas Estate Winery calendar and is growing in popularity each year. Booking ahead is definitely recommended. Taking place on New Years Day each year, the 2014 event will run from 11am to 5pm and will feature 3 bands playing throughout the day. The 2015 event will feature Slow Mojo from Toowoomba, Slidewinder from Brisbane and locals, Sarah and David Hume (of Bevi Aqua fame) with friends. All festival goers are welcome to BYO Food, with drinks (including of course local wine) on sale. You can listen to the music while taking in the stunning scenery under a shady tree or dance along to the great entertainment that will be provided. The Entry fee also includes a commemorative wine glass will a complementary wine.
